How Do I Order ?

It's easy. If you know what you want and have a design, email or phone us with a list of sizes and the styles of garments you are thinking of and a copy or description of your design. We will provide you with a price estimate  and advice on what will work best. If you are not sure exactly what you want, check out our products page. We will also help you come up with a design.

 

How Is Price Determined?

Price is based on the number of garments and the complexity of the design. For screen printing, that includes the number of colours in the design and the number of printing locations. For embroidery it includes the size and number of stitches in the design.


What Is The Smallest Order You Will Do?

While we don't have a limit, anything under about 12 units can get very expensive.


Are There Any Hidden Charges?

The price we quote you includes all charges except GST. Since we do everything ourselves, all setup charges and most art/digitizing charges are included.


How Long Does It Take?

From the time you place an order it usually takes about 1-3 weeks. If you have a deadline, let us know and we can usually meet it.


What Form of Artwork do You Need?

We will work with what you have. The best computer art is vector art created in a program like Coreldraw or Illustrator. The second best is high resolution (300dpi and above) created in a program like Photoshop. Clean black and white hand drawn art and sharp photocopies will also work.


Can We get Individual Names and Numbers?

We can embroider, print or heat press individual names and numbers. Different styles of garments are better for different styles of personalization.
